Shipping Policy:

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket! E-packet is one of the fastest and most reliable international shipping services.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 12 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

We work with small vendors / suppliers / manufacturers from all over the world to share their products, many of our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you’re used to. However please keep in mind, that this is the reason why we can offer such great pricing on our products.

Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery to the US and some parts of Asia may be slightly faster while deliveries to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and most European and Asian countries may take a little longer.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
